Easy on/off aluminum Arkel brand Cam Lock hardware is featured on these panniers to make them a cinch to install, and keep them very stable while riding in all conditions. They are lined with protective foam, and have a plastic back panel. Interior is made from heat welded rip stop fabric to keep water out, and contents dry.
